Our restaurant offers a blend of contemporary and classical cuisine, using local sustainable produce wherever possible, from which our chefs produce the finest dishes. We pride ourselves on our 28 day aged beef, local cheeses from Wobbly Bottom Farm and Carol Maynard's manic ice creams.
Our Executive Head Chef, David Hart and his team create inspiring menus to provide our diners with a wonderful choice of delicious dishes created with skill and flair, using only the finest ingredients. Their focus is on seasonal produce, created with passion and complimented with a fine wine list.
After dinner, you can retire to the Great Hall, find a cosy corner, sit back and relax with your coffee and liqueur by the roaring fire. Alfresco dining is available on the terrace in the summer months.
